You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

• The item is in original condition (unused, original packaging, tags intact)
• Assembly-required items are disassembled

• Custom or special order furniture
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Folding furniture showing signs of assembly/use
• Unrolled or used area rugs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using trackable shipping.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
