We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location. We do not currently ship to Asia and certain remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
While we carefully select each area rug, bedroom furniture piece, and living room furnishing in our collection, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our 15-day return policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 2: Prepare Your Item
All items must be in original condition:
- Unused with original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings intact
- Assembly-required items must be disassembled
Step 3: Ship Your Return
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Return Processing
Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when your refund is processed or exchange is shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or special order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Folding furniture showing signs of assembly or use
- Area rugs that have been unrolled or used
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
